Nancy Houle is in charge of day to day operations including Finance, Legal, HR, Insurance, and business development. If Nancy is not setting up partnerships with International partners, she’ll be setting up strategic relations with sponsors or government funding bodies. As co-founder of TBP, Nancy has witnessed the company serve well over 50 thousand companies. The team celebrates it’s 10 year anniversary in November 2017.

In 2014, Training Business Pros added the agency division to it’s service of offerings, bringing Business Pros Marketing into the fold of digital marketing boutique firms. As a past graduate of TBP’s digital marketing program, Geoff eventually circled back to take the lead as Business Development Manager for TBP. Geoff has over 15+ years experience in sales and marketing. He brings years of experience working for digital agencies helping clients increase customer engagement, retention and revenue.

Geoff ‘s inside advantage is that he actually has hand’s on knowledge of integrated Marketing; Social Media and Social Network Marketing; Brand Campaign Development & Implementation which affords him the opportunity to have more meaningful conversations with new clients to the TBP tribe.

Mike was online before there was anything called “the internet.” No he is not THAT old, he just started very young. He went from a kid writing code on his commodore 64 to designing websites and digital solutions for small businesses.

After running his own web development company for about 10 years, he transitioned to pursue a career as a SAP-trained professional. He chose to come back when his friends would still come to him for web development advice. This rekindled his passion for using digital media to help people succeed.

Mike brings his many years of Digital Media Development, Project Management, and Customer Relations experience to the TBP team. Mike is the Training Business Pros’ Infusionsoft strategist, whose goal is to support and empower TBP’s client portfolio.

Currently studying in the field of Computer Sciences and programming at the University of Toronto, Adrian works at TBP part-time. At the age of 19, he was one of the youngest marketers to become a Certified Infusionsoft Partner in the Infusionsoft community.

From programming API’s to building the office kitchen, Adrian’s talents include everything from “handy with a drill” to developing WordPress Plug-in’s. Adrian’s recent projects include setting up Ber Reels Online Cart which features over 8000 options, developer of Formlift, a WordPress plug-in that helps Infusionsoft forms look pretty on WordPress sites, to implementation and website make-overs of fashion websites, recruiting sites, gym membership sites and so on.

Adrian is known as the “guy that solves online tech issues” as Training Business Pros. Don’t let his age fool you. He has a strong marketing knowledge, and sees the logic in everything. Give him a challenge, and he’ll figure out how to reverse engineer it.

After winning the grand prize of $100,000 in a Nation Wide university competition, which required Online Marketing for Votes, Ramsey knew his passion was in Digital Marketing. Oh, did we mention that was in his first year of university at 18 years old. Four years later, he developed and executed the Digital Marketing Strategy that took a newly published book in the Real Estate space, and increased sales so quickly it became an Amazon Bestseller. He’s also worked in SEM for retail, education and various real estate clients.

Since then, Ramsey has developed and executed Digital Marketing campaigns across various industries for numerous businesses. Whether its generating sales leads, building out your PPC/SEM campaigns or unlocking insights found within your data, he’ll be the ninja behind your amazing Marketing Results.

As our lead Graphic and Web Designer, Atty has more than 10 years in Graphic and Web Design.

She joined TBP after a 6 years stint with a popular magazine where Atty had to develop both the online and offline print material for the magazine and it’s clients. Her portfolio of design was impressive, so this combined with her computer science studies and strong knowledge of WordPress Web Design made her a natural choice for TBP.

Atty works on our Deep Dive team and along with our digital marketing strategists, complete’s website make-overs and integrates sales funnels and lifecycle marketing.

Coming to TBP via Australia, Jason is a graduate of Peak Potentials, which is always a great calling card for TBP.

Jason brings his gifts as a junior trainer along with raw digital marketing skills. With a Diploma in Small Business, he studied sales, marketing and operations. He was also a Master Executive Trainer for the Australian Institute of Fitness (Diploma of Fitness).

Jason is largely in charge of the CEO’s travel agenda, speaking engagements and TBP’s conference and convention schedule.

All sponsorship proposals, speaking requests, conference requests and media requests are routed to Jason for vetting and approvals.

Having recently moved to Toronto from Dublin (Ireland), Stephanie comes from a background of several years working in the tech industry. Her previous experience includes liaising between clients and engineering in the Bugs team at LinkedIn and helping marketers with their integrations and design as HubSpot’s first Technical Consultant in EMEA.

In her spare time Stephanie enjoys learning as much as possible about technology and is currently over half way through a six year part-time BSc in Software Development.

At Training Business Pros, Stephanie works on the more technical aspects of marketing like building sites (mostly on WordPress), plugins and web applications or integrating CRMs or eCommerce platforms.

Video Content Producer: (1 Position Available)

This person will be responsible for utilizing and operating the company’s live-stream video system when we perform live-streamed events. This person will also be required to edit video, create video content, brand recorded content, and record the content itself. There is no training provided for this position.

Requirements to be considered for this position are:

  • Adept at video editing softwares such as camtasia or After Effects Pro
  • Has moderate writing ability.
  • Must be willing to work within the company for at least 2 years
  • Is creative and can take creative initiative
  • Design skills not required but a definite asset

Digital Marketing Specialist: (2 Positions Available)

This person will be a behind the scenes doer. Creating automated systems to capture leads, and convert them into sales. This person will also be responsible for talking to clients, managing client projects, coming up with innovative ways to solve client cash flow problems, and making decisions which are in the best interest of our clients. This is the most diverse position on the team, and requires a deep understanding of ALL the above skills.

We will train this person, thus the requirements to be considered for this position are:

  • Undergraduate degree of a post-secondary institution (minimum)
  • Moderate to Expert Technical ability. This can be defined as:
    • Adept at using various computer systems
    • Familiar with the ADOBE suite of design software
    • Familiar with setting up websites and web hosting
    • Has used or is using WordPress for either themselves or someone else
    • Computer programming skills in any language
  • Speaks Fluent english clearly and confidently. French a definite asset but not required.
  • Has moderate writing ability in English.
  • Is willing to learn an entire new set of skills.
  • Must be willing to work for the company for at least 2 years

CRM Automation Specialist: (2 Positions Available)

This person will be part of an elite team within Training Business Pros responsible for performing Infusionsoft Kickstart training. This person will be required to have a deep understanding of Copywriting, Client Lifecycle Marketing, Infusionsoft, identifying sales cycle gaps and solving client cash flow problems. This person will regularly meet new people and be required to train them and provide results in the form of increased understanding of Infusionsoft, cash flow, and general positive attitude from the client towards us and Infusionsoft. They will also need to manage their accounts and sell these clients upgraded services.

We will train this person, thus the requirements to be considered for this position are:

  • Undergraduate degree of a post-secondary institution (minimum)
  • Moderate to Expert Technical ability. This can be defined as:
    • Adept at using various computer systems

Lead Search Specialist: (1 Position Available)

This person will be part of an elite team within the company known as: The Pay Per Click Team. This team is responsible for managing client ad accounts. They will have to create ads, be able to write ad copy, design ad campaigns and strategies, analyze the data collected and use that to refine and optimize campaigns. This person will need to be able to provide client support/explain to clients why they are choosing a specific strategy over another. On occasion they will also be required to create landing pages and lead capture strategies that extend beyond PPC duties.

We will train this person, thus the requirements to be considered for this position are:

  • Undergraduate degree of a post-secondary institution (minimum)
  • Moderate to expert technical ability. This can be defined as:
